About the CP7 type
CP7 is the largest pallet in the CP family. Its 1300 × 1100 mm deck lets producers build big, stable layers of bagged material and move more product per pallet.
The deck is made of eleven 18 mm boards laid across the 1300 mm side: two 100 mm boards butted together at each edge, then 80 mm boards with a 100 mm board in the centre, all with 40 mm gaps. Three stringer boards (125, 100 and 125 mm) run the full 1300 mm over nine 80 × 100 mm blocks set 50 mm in from each side. Underneath, three 1000 mm boards sit below the blocks and five 80 mm boards run the 1300 mm direction below them. The height is 156 mm and the deck corners are chamfered 20 mm.
We build CP7-type pallets to the standard dimensions and mark them “IN-083 HT”. They are not EPAL-marked.
