Quality & Certifications
Independent certificates are the easiest way to know a pallet supplier does what it says. These are ours, and this is how we check every pallet.
Our Certifications
ISPM-15 heat treatment (IN-081)
Registered heat-treatment provider IN-081. Export pallets are heat treated and stamped with the IPPC mark "IN-081 HT", accepted by customs worldwide.
ISO 9001 quality system
Certified quality management system covering timber intake, cutting, assembly, inspection and dispatch.
PEFC / FSC chain of custody
Certified timber from responsibly managed forests, available on request for customers with sustainability requirements.
ISPM-15 in Plain English
Wooden packaging that crosses a border must be heat treated so it cannot carry pests. The core of the wood is held at 56 °C for at least 30 minutes, and the pallet is stamped with the IPPC mark.
Our mark reads IN-081 HT next to the IPPC wheat-ear symbol, on two opposite sides of every export pallet. Read the full ISPM-15 guide.
Five Checks Between Timber and Truck
1. Timber Intake
Each delivery is checked for species, grade, dimensions and defects such as large knots, splits, bark and decay.
2. Cutting
Boards and blocks are cut to the drawing; the first pieces of every run are measured before production continues.
3. Assembly
Nail type, count and pattern follow the model specification, so pallets behave the same in every batch.
4. Heat Treatment
Export pallets are treated to ISPM-15 with probes in the core of the thickest pieces, and every cycle is recorded.
5. Final Inspection
Finished pallets are checked for dimensions, squareness, protruding nails and correct markings before dispatch.
Questions About Quality
Can I get copies of your certificates?
Yes. Ask us and we will send copies of our ISPM-15 registration, ISO 9001 certificate and PEFC / FSC chain-of-custody certificate.
What does the mark "IN-081 HT" mean?
It is our ISPM-15 mark: IN is the country code for India, 081 is our registration number with the plant protection authority, and HT means heat treated. It is shown next to the IPPC wheat-ear symbol.
Are all your pallets heat treated?
Pallets for export are always heat treated. For domestic use you can choose treated or untreated pallets.
