A long 1100 × 1300 mm chemical pallet whose deck overhangs a 1200 × 1000 base, mainly for stacks of bagged goods such as polymer granules.

About the CP4 type
CP4 offers the largest deck of the 138 mm CP formats: 1100 × 1300 mm. That size takes full layers of 25 kg sacks, which is why polymer producers use it for bagged granules and resins.
Its construction is unusual: nine 1300 mm top boards (120 and 80 mm wide, 18 mm thick) overhang a smaller 1200 × 1000 mm base by 50 mm on every side. Three 100 mm stringer boards run the full 1100 mm width over nine 80 × 120 mm blocks, and three 1200 × 120 mm bottom boards complete the pallet. Both the deck and the base have 20 mm chamfered corners.
We build CP4-type pallets to the standard dimensions and stamp them “IN-083 HT” for export. They are not EPAL-marked.
