About the HW-04
HW-04 is built for heavy, awkward loads. Its deck is made of ten 120 mm hardwood boards, 25 mm thick, laid with only a few millimetres between them, so it is almost a closed platform. The deck is carried by four solid runners: one at each edge and a pair close together in the centre, under the middle of the load.
Without bottom boards it is a single-face skid: light for its strength, easy to bolt machinery to, and quick to build into a crate. Forklifts enter from the two open ends between the runners. The overall size is 1235 × 1200 mm and 122 mm high.
We can change the runner layout to match a machine’s foot positions. ISPM-15 heat treatment is available for export.
