About the HW-02
HW-02 turns the 1200 × 1000 mm footprint into a heavy-duty hardwood pallet. Its deck has eight 22 mm top boards: a butted pair at each edge and a wide butted pair in the centre, where a load usually bears down hardest, with single boards between.
The top boards run the 1200 mm length over three wide cross boards (150 mm at the ends and 120 mm in the middle) and nine 95 mm blocks. Three bottom boards run under the block rows. The two outer bottom boards are chamfered along their upper outside edge between the blocks, so a hand pallet truck rolls in and out cleanly from the long sides. The pallet stands 161 mm high.
It is a good fit for sacked and drummed chemicals, polymers and other dense loads that need the 1200 × 1000 size. ISPM-15 heat treatment is available for export.
