About the PW-07
PW-07 is a compact square block pallet, 1000 × 1000 mm. Its nine top boards (110 mm at the edges, 97 mm in between) are laid with narrow 12 mm gaps, giving an almost closed deck for small cartons and components.
We build it with 22 mm boards throughout: three cross boards (110, 95 and 110 mm) over nine 80 mm blocks, on a perimeter base of two end boards and three boards between them. The result is a sturdy pallet, 146 mm high, with fork entry from all four sides and a base that sits flat on conveyors and racking.
Dimensions and board thickness can be adjusted to your product, and export pallets are heat treated to ISPM-15.
