About the PW-04
PW-04 shares the 1120 × 1120 mm footprint and seven-board deck of PW-03, but adds a full bottom deck. Below the three boards that carry the blocks, a second layer of seven boards runs crosswise, mirroring the top deck, so the pallet rests on a broad, even surface instead of three narrow runners.
That makes PW-04 the better choice when loaded pallets are stacked, stored on racking beams or carry loads that would otherwise press into gaps in the base. The extra layer brings the height to 150 mm while keeping fork entry from all four sides.
Boards, blocks and nailing can be tuned to your load, and ISPM-15 heat treatment is available for export.
